Maid or Master chapter 5 : A Loki X Reader fanfic

Chapter 5:

You sat on your stoop next to luggage containing all your clothes, waiting for Thor to pick you up. They said the safety precautions would be ready today, so that's when you'd start work.

Lightning burst in front of your face. It barely phased you anymore. Thor stood where the lightning had subsided.

"(name), I will need you to put this on." Thor held out a small silver bracelet.

"I'm not really a jewelry type of girl, but thanks."

"It is a monitor. It tracks your vital signs, and if there is a drastic change it will alert the Avengers so that we may come save you."

"Nevermind what I said earlier then," You took the bracelet. "mine."

"Good. Now come, Midgardian, we shall journey to Asgard!" Thor wrapped his arm around your waist, raised his hammer to the sky and zap, you we're gone.


Heimdall barely looked up as you arrived on the bridge. "You are crazy." He said, although it wasn't clear to you whether he was talking to you or Thor. You decided to ignore him.


Thor took your bags off your hands and moved away at his naturally quickened pace. After much rushing around he stopped in front of a regular wooden door.


"This, (name), shall be your quarters. It has all the necessary features, a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, though you will not be spending much time here. Most of your time will be spent with Loki in his quarters." He opened the door and placed your things beside your single bed. "You will bring him his meals at seven in the morn, high noon, and seven in the night exactly. You will keep his quarters in some semblance of cleanliness. Other than that, you will be in his room, to accompany him and fetch him things he desires -- assuming they are not too powerful of course."


"No prob."  You slid your hands along the cabinet.


Thor turned to leave. "Oh, and (name)?"


"Yeah?"

"Try to keep him out of trouble." Thor slipped out of your room before you had a chance to respond.
